Hi, I’m Ahmed, I studied, trained and managed Cabin Crew for the past 27 years. Along with my Business Administration studies I worked with 2 airlines, Royal Air Maroc and Air Arabia where I have helped hundreds of young people to secure their dream job to become a flight attendant and eventually airlines and hospitality professionals. I’m currently running, International Airlines and Tourism Academy - IAT Academy, a Cabin Crew and Tourism School in Morocco managed through clear orientation and vision to ensure highest standards of performance and productivity are achieved and maintained. My main focus: ♣ Ensure hospitality and cabin crew training High Quality Service delivery, objectives, standards and requirements; ♣ Provide the trainee trainer course; ♣ Serve as a mentor, coach and guide to senior staff, ♣ Identify first-class staff: instructors and examiners performance and ensure regular one-to-one communication and feedback; ♣ Provide customer orientation including (students, parents, airlines, national civil aviation authority, and ministry of professional training) by answering their questions; ♣ Provide advice, and promote training to reach High Quality achievements; ♣ Provide guidance, for program activities including partnerships development, as well as marketing, media relations, public relations and issues management activities.
